Our customers are home users, as well as start-up and established small businesses. Many clients are based in the Quakertown, PA area, but we also provide onsite and remote support throughout Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, and Lehigh counties.
Qualifications
Tom Merrick, the founder of Tom's Help Desk, graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1992 and has been working on computers ever since. With 17 years of professional Information Technology experience, he has worked on Commodore 64's through Apple MacIntosh's to the latest multi-core processors. In fact, Tom still owns the Timex Sinclair that he used to write his first computer program. While some competitors have only been working for a short time, Tom has gained extensive professional experience
to provide you with superior service.
