Q. Should I upgrade to Windows 11?
A. This is a question we are asked very frequently. Whether you should upgrade to Windows 11, replace your computer with a Windows 11 computer or stay on Windows 10 is based on a number of factors. Does your computer meet the requirements for Windows 11? How old is the computer? Would you would benefit from having the new operating system? Q. What is included with the free evaluation?
A. Our phone evaluation includes asking you about your current computer problems or needs and providing an estimate to solve those needs. Or if you prefer, you can bring your PC in to our office where we will inspect your computer and provide a free estimate. Our office is located in Milford Square (near Quakertown, PA).
Q. Is it more cost effective to repair my old computer or buy a new one?
A. The answer to this question depends on a number of factors – the age and specs of the computer, how much you initially spent on the computer, what the problem is and whether you have been happy with the computer. In some cases, we can repair your computer during our diagnostic testing (and all you would owe is the diagnostic fee)! In this scenario, it is much cheaper to repair the computer. However, in all cases, you will get our honest and expert advice on whether it is better to repair or replace the computer. If it does make sense to replace the computer, we have both new and refurbished replacement options for you to choose.
