Office Manager:
We are seeking a highly organized, outgoing, positive energy, customer focused Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support our technicians, and help drive the growth of our business and home customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives in a fast paced environment, and takes pride in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for customers and staff. Responsibilities include customer service, office management, answering phones/making phone calls, data entry, filing, creating tickets for technicians, light billing/purchasing involved. The perfect candidate will have exemplary phone/people skills, be professional and have a positive attitude, strong typing skills, tech savvy, and Microsoft Office proficient. Reliability and dependability are MUST traits to have.
